MOONLIGHT
Although I knew that our separation was forever
Letting the chain of days to hold eternal regrets
And the wind to freeze my heart on cold moonlit nights
Sorrows prevailed in the deep darkness as Love was distanced
Our separation was such a pervasive grief
Dyeing the autumn reminiscences with the faded golden shades
The Spring has just exploded with multi-splendored hues
Why, why the old flowers do not bloom in the heart of poetry’s soul
On the lone deserted river, moonlight’s reflection is isolated
For how much longer will the golden glow shine on the old harbor?
